My name is Aryaan Majumdar, and I have been playing the guitar for nearly a decade.

My initial experience with guitar lessons was challenging. I started with structured classes focused heavily on music theory, which, instead of inspiring me, made the process feel rigid and overwhelming. After only a week, I found myself disinterested and ultimately quit.

However, about a year later, I picked up the guitar again—this time on my own terms. I decided to explore the instrument independently, spending hours on YouTube and various websites, teaching myself chords and techniques. What I really wanted was to play songs that I could sing along to with passion, and I quickly discovered that chords were the foundation I needed to make that possible.

Today, playing the guitar is one of my favourite pastimes, and it never fails to elevate my mood. That’s why I created this website: to give people with no prior experience or formal instruction an accessible and enjoyable way to learn the guitar.
